I installed new ram with same model same rank but its still shows single channel how to make it dual channel?

Did you install the same capacity memory chip as the original one?

 

Memory will only run in dual channel mode if you install it in matching capacities (2 x 8 GB, 2 x 16 GB for example).

yes i installed same type of RAM everything like the score,rank and model was same but from different manufacturer

What makes you question that the memory is running in single channel mode if you installed 2 memory chips of equal capacities?

 

If you installed DDR4-3200 MHz memory and you see that it reports running at 1600 MHz, that is perfectly normal.

 

For dual channel mode, you have to calculate the 1600 MHz  x 2 to get the 3200 MHz number.

When you run the app, on the summary report, in the middle section you will see it should be reporting the memory to be running in dual channel mode. 

 

The dual channel status will be reported on the Mode line.
