RAM MEMORY SPEED

HI THERE !

I HAVE AN HP NOTEBOOK 15 LAPTOP.

THE DEFAULT RAM PROVIDED BY HP IS 4GB DDR3 SDRAM MANUFACTURED BY SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS. 

MY MAIN  CONCERN IS ABOUT IT'S SPEED.

ACCORDING TO HP'S SPECS SHEET (https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04946219) THE RAM SPEED IS 1600MHZ ,ACCORDING TO THE HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS UEFI THE MAXIMUM CLOCK SPEED IS 1600MHZ & ACCORDING TO 

wmic memorychip get speed the speed is 1600MHZ

BUT IN WINDOWS 10 ITS SHOWING ONLY 800MHZ.

SOMEONE PLS  TELL ME THE FIX..  

ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED, THANKS IN ADVANCE

This is a common point of misunderstanding. The memory is DDR3. DDR means "double data rate". So the computer "fetches" data from the memory twice on every cycle. So effectively it is 800 x 2 = 1600MHz. But really, honestly, it is making 800 cycles per second or megahertz. Different applications report the speed differently. What you see is correct and normal and there is no problem.
