Hi Paul,
Please, one question. how can I keep the highest Available Physical Memory?
How do I know which softwares are running in the backgrouind, and how can I keep softwares from running in the background that are not doing anything but just eating RAM memory.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to run the system configuration utility by typing msconfig in the search window.
Click on the startup tab. Click on the Task Manager link.
You will see a list of running processes.
You can disable most of them. Leave the Windows security notification app enabled.
That should free up a little memory.
