Dear Support,

 

I bought these modules, below.

 

After replace, black screen, 3 slow 2 short blink on Caps lock.

 

Maybe its not compatible?

Hi:

 

Below is the specs sheet for the memory you purchased.

 

KF432S20IBK2_32-B.ai (kingston.com)

 

The CL20 timing is too fast for your notebook to support because the BIOS can't be adjusted for XMP.

 

So, that is why in my opinion, the memory is not working.

 

You need to install standard memory with the standard DDR4-3200 memory timing of CL22.

 

Crucial 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT2K16G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com

 

You can also buy 2 x 16 chips individually.

 

Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT16G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com
