I want to upgrade ram on 15-ay044nv but i dont know how fast what ddr or what i suport thank you people and especally huffer that you help me so much

Hi,

Your PC supports max 16GB of DDR4 2133MHz RAM (2x8GB)

You can use DDR4 2400MHz RAM which will run at lower speed. There are two slots. You can purchase from your preferred brand:

On page 56 of the service manual, you can see the steps to upgrade the RAM
