I have HP Pavilion 15-p077tx Notebook PC 8 GB RAM installed, can i upgrade it to 16 GB ?

it has 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3L SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) now.

 

Yes, you can upgrade to 16GB (max) by adding same 8GB to slot 2 or using the following compatible RAM
