PC is brand New
BIOS is updated to the Latest update
The original RAM is 32GB 2Rx8 PC4 3200AA ECC
4 Slots of RAM (DIMM 1 - DIMM 3 - DIMM 2 - DIMM 4)
The Original RAM in DIMM 1
I want to add another one in DIMM 3
When I'm trying to add another RAM, my PC starts with a blank screen
The additional RAM needed is 32GB 2Rx8 PC4 3200AA ECC "Brand New" from SAMSUNG "Excellent Company."
I tried another RAM 32GB 2Rx8 PC4 3200AA ECC "Brand New" from MICRON "Excellent Company."
PLEASE HELP.

Probably you know brand and model/specs of existing RAM already, why not buy SAME existing RAM
Hope this makes sense.
Regards.

I tried my best to find SK Hynix, but unfortunately, I couldn't get it at all.
If you can help me to find it, I'll be appreciated it.
Or if you can find a way to solve this problem because it's not logic that the PC only work for SK Hynix.
I tried to keep Samsung only in DIMM 1, but the PC doesn't accept it, and the screen is black.
Look to the photo above for the original and the additional RAM.
Both are identical

I found that I can't use the original RAM of the PC in other DIMM slot of any four slots in the PC
The original RAM came along with the PC is only work in DIMM 1
I try it in DIMM 2, DIMM 3, and DIMM 4. It doesn't work.

Here are two online sources in the UK for guaranteed compatible memory for your ZBook
https://eu.crucial.com/upgrades/hp---compaq/hp-zbook
It is highly if success is desired that upgrades be done only in identical pairs, removing the original module if it is not identical in all respects to the upgrade module(s).

Thanks for your replay.
I actuly bought the upgraded RAM from Crucial, but it doesn't work.
Then I bought Samsung RAM but it also doesn't work.
After going back and forward with HP support team over the phone, we relise that the Orginial RAM it self didn't work in any other DIMM slots other than DIMM 1.
This is what we are trying to find now.
Two scenarios:
1- Problem in the Hardware "Motherboard" (Which I don't expect much)
2- Problem with the software of the Motherboard, which is the BIOS.
When I first run the PC, it requested to update the BIOS, and I updated it.
I am afraid the updated BIOS have a Bug which affects reading the original RAM in any other slots of DIMMs.
If we will able to solve this problem, I think I will succeed to upgrade the PC and add another new RAM in other slots.

@Erico
In the Maintenance and Service Guide of my Zbook, I found that my Zbook is Supported the shown configurations in the photo attached.
Is that mean that I can't install 2 x 32 GB ECC memory at the same time ?
Therefore the PC doesn't accept the additional ECC RAM.
Is this the solution to my problem?

That is not so.
A ZBook mobile workstation will accept a maximum of 64 GB of installed guaranteed compatible memory.
That is 2 X 32GB
I suggest you work with the HP warranty team that you said that were in discussion with. If there is an isue with bad soDIMM slots and your workstation is still in warranty, they will work with you to resolve the issue.

I can't believe that the motherboard is faulty.
If I remove the original RAM from DIMM 1 and replace it with another RAM 100% compatible, the PC dosen't work.
If I move this original RAM to any other DIMMs other than DIMM 1, the PC dosen't work.
If the motherboard is faulty and DIMM 1 is working with the original RAM, So why does the PC is doesn't work with another RAM in DIMM 1?
