It is unfortunate that you are not willing to understand that there are some things about PCs and laptops that you cannot change and best practices that those who want upgrades to succeed will follow.
@banhien and I tried our best to help you.
I wish for you the best of success in your upgrade endeavor! Adieu!

I appreciate all your support for sure, but what I'm trying to explain is that I'm 99% sure that the problem is software, not hardware.
This will be proffed after the HP engineer dismantles the full hardware new pc to install a new motherboard and then the pc also won't work with other RAM.
We have to give ourselves some time to think about the software issues before we damage the factory installation of the hardware.

@Erico
@banhien
Finally, I found where the problem came from.
It doesn't said in any manual of HP that the pc needs time with a blank screen to install a new hardware and it might restart 3 to 4 times automatically before the pc will be ready to use a new additional RAM.
The Samsung RAM was ok, and shifting the original RAM to another slot was also ok.
The only mistake was that I forcing the PC to switch off after I saw the black screen and I heard the high-speed sound of the FAN, thinking that this was not normal and force the pc to switch off by pressing a long time on the power key.
I hope that hp adds this note to the guides or the maintenance manual.
