Upgrading the legacy hard disk to an SSD will reduce the boot time.
It will boost the performance of your notebook as well

I am from India and the RAMs you have suggested in your link are unavailable here. I am just left with 5 options as they have the exact same specs.
1. Corsair 4GB DDR3L Low Voltage 1.35V 1600Mhz Laptop Memory SODIMM
2. Crucial CT51264BF160B 4GB 1600MHz DDR3L 204-Pin Laptop Memory
3. Crucial 4GB DDR3L CT51264BF160BJ 1600 MHz RAM
4.Transcend 4GB DDR3L 1600 LAPTOP RAM
5.Corsair 4GB DDR3L Low Voltage 1.35V 1600Mhz Laptop Memory SODIMM
Please suggest which one should I buy.

You may not like the following, but it is solid advice.
I suggest that you contact the manufacturers of the different RAM modules by email through their support websites and ask them.
I never purchase memory from anufacturers without having a compatibility guarantee with the notebook or desktop I am going to install them in. That always saves me the hassle that you are have to go through.
I am a volunteer here and quite frankly will say that I am not here to do all of the legwork for you.
You can also purchase memory modules from HP which are guaranteed compatible.
It is your money and your own choice.
