What is the max recommended RAM upgrade on this notebook. It has 4GB now but is very slow. Can I go to  8 or 16GB?

How do I find whether it is a 32bit or 64bit?

HP Recommended

@bjn23

Right click on START then click on SYSTEM.

There you should see 32bit  or  64bit.

Thanks REO;

It is 64-bit. Sorry I took so long to respond. Had to go to work. It seems to be upgradeable. I opened it up and there seems to be a twin slot for another ram card, but I'm a rookie at this and am unsure and dont want to break it. Is this what it seems?

Thank you for your time.
