Hello, I want to upgrade my laptop from 8GB of RAM to 16GB of RAM, is it possible on this model?

Yes, you can add another 8 GB DDR4-2666 memory chip in the empty slot.

There is no service manual that references your notebook's model series on the support page.

 

This is the manual that HP indicates is applicable to your notebook's model series and it only covers the models with the older Intel 8th gen core processors.
