HP Notebook - 15s-du0013tx

The HP Service Center sucks here so I would like to know prior on going to another store to upgrade my device.

I would like to know if what is the maximum RAM upgrade that my device supports (HP Notebook - 15s-du0013tx). Also, does it has a extra RAM slot or does the default RAM must be replaced upon upgrading?

Thank you

Hello Mumschristine.

Sucky HP service center? I can't possibly believe that 😃

Anyways, your laptop is one of those models where HP has no manuals to download and you have to look up other sources for information.... Your specifications are on this page: Spec page

This model series can be updated with two RAM modules up to 32gb RAM. Maximum speed is 2400, but you can use 2666 or even greater speeds, and it will just downclock to 2400. It just has to be DDR4 laptop memory (sodimms).

Crucial's site provides some solid recommendations:

Take care, unless you want to post back with more HP service center badmouthing, to which I'm all ears 🙂
