I want to upgrade my RAM , i want to know my laptop's supporting ram frequencies (2600 or  3200mhz) , is a 3200mhz works fine on this laptop?

Hi:

 

Your notebook's Intel® Core™ i5-9300H processor can only run the memory at a max speed of 2666 MHz.

 

However, a DDR4-3200 memory chip will work fine.

 

It will automatically bridge to 2666 MHz.
