Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15m-es0000 (268U2AV)

Hi, I use this PC as a secondary one and access a lot of heavy files which I have shared on my Google Drive.

I recently experienced some lag when I was working on Chessbase 17 (I am a Chess International Master and International Trainer).

I would like an upgrade to 16 GB Ram and 1 TB of SSD, is it possible on this PC?

Yes, the notebook can support up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-3200 CL22 memory and HP offered NVME SSDs up to 1 TB in storage capacity.

 

The service manual is not available at this time.
