Hp pavilion 13-a000 x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wanted to upgrade my ram and graphics card. Wanted to know if i can do that on this laptop and my processor is with my graphics card (AMD A8 6410 APU With AMD Raedeon R5 Graphics ), its dedicated not integrated, so do i have to cahnge the whole processor to change the graphics or just upgrade the graphics to the same brand of processor.

Sorry, I don't know your machine therefore I can't say mut BUT

 

(a) You may be able upgrade RAM,

(b) You CAN'T upgrade graphics card because motherboard, CPU and graphics card/chip ... are all in one piece of hardware.

What is your machine actually, it is NOT pavilion 13-a000 x360. Must be asomethingsomething for example HP Pavilion x360 13-a010dx :

In general, you can upgrade RAM but you can't upgrade video card/chip because even with discrete card, it is soldered to the motherboard.
