HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-eu0000 (267R4AV)

Hi, I'm looking into upgrading my laptop's RAM and SSD. I do moderate to heavy productivity work and I find that when I have multiple tabs open, my laptop starts lagging (not by a lot, but it is definitely noticeable). I most especially experience the lagging when I use AUTOCAD (I am an engineering student). I also play a few games so I want a better SSD.

My laptop's current configurations are as follows:

Memory
8 GB DDR4-3200 MHz RAM (2 x 4 GB) Transfer rates up to 3200 MT/s. 2 x 4 GB
Hard drive
256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD

I plan to upgrade it to 16 GB RAM, and 512 or 1 TB SSD.

Is my laptop upgradeable? And if it is, what brand/kind of RAM/SSD card should I buy for it as I am not too knowledgeable about those kinds of things?
