Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC , K2T39AV 

 

I installed a RAM card (8GB) into the open slot 2. it is not showing up in BIOS/System but is recognized by CPU-Z and other similar programs. 

 

Anyone have a suggestion on what i can try?

1.5 v or 1.35 v? DDR3L? That may be 1.5 volt memory which would not be compatible.

HP BIOS Configuration Utility User's Guide offer to configurate the BIOS with DOC CMD en configuration txt file 

 

But i can change my Bios like my rich number of Desktop with f10 at the boot

My BIOS is F52 AMD AGESA Stone PI V. 1.3.0.6 

 

Why HP have CASTRADE or block the possibility to change teh DUAL RAM Mode and the DDR4 Frequence / 3 = 1333Mhz.

Now the frequence ist very LOWER on RAM usage

 

You can see i have buy till now 10 Laptop from HP and ALL HP Printer . But if the is not possible, i will regret my buy one HP in future!
