I bought a new RAM and i am afraid to use it as AMAZON gives me not sure if it's compatible. The RAM has the following label: Part Number MT16KTF1G64HZ-1G6E1

Hi:

 

Looking up the specs for that memory and the memory specs for your notebook, it should work just fine.

 

PC3L-12800 1.35V is what it is, and that is what your PC uses.

 

Worst case scenario is the PC doesn't boot up and you remove the memory, but I am pretty sure it will work just fine.

I have another question if possible, the right arrow on the keyboard is not working so what shall i try to troubleshoot the problem?

I recommend that you start a new topic on that because I wouldn't be able to help you.

 

Usually when keys quit working you have to replace the keyboard.
