The user manual shows recommended memory on page 11 as DDR4-2666
You can use DDR-3200 but it likely will run at only 2666 speed or possibly 2133 depending on if the laptop can recognize the memory or not.
Make sure you obtain a kit of memory for your 15-Dk system for example here

Your notebook comes with an i5-11300H processor, which indeed runs the memory at 3200 MHz in dual channel mode.
Intel® Core™ i5-11300H Processor
The service manual you were provided is for the original 15-dk0xxx model series which came with Intel 9th gen core processors and those only run the memory at 2666 MHz.
That is the only service manual available.
Your notebook will support 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 CL22 memory.

Yes, but it is only going to run in the lower performing single channel mode because in order for the memory to run in dual channel mode, you have to install memory in matching capacities in each slot (2 x 4 GB, 2 x 8 GB, 2 x 16 GB).
Make sure the DDR4-3200 MHz memory is CL22.
