Product: HP Notebook - 14-bp076sa

hello, i have a hp notebook 14-bp076sa, with Intel© Core™ i3-7100U CPU @ 2.40GHz × 2.
it's 4gb RAM, and i'd love to add another 4gb if possible, or even more.

my computer has been lagging, and sometimes crashing apps, when have a few large apps open (no gaming, just few browsers and apps open together)...
if it was possible to add some RAM, appreciate hearing any recommendations on the best process. and or suppliers of parts.

living in south spain.
