Hi,

I have an HP  Laptop HP laptop model 14-bp059na

It's extremely slow laptop hence  would like to upgrade the RAM from 4 to at least 8gb and more if possible

Can anyone please advise what the maximum RAM i can go to and also a Make and Product code of the type of RAM i need to purchase, as a replacement etc.

Hi:

 

Your notebook has one memory slot and the max you can install is an 8 GB memory module in that slot.

 

You would have to remove the 4 GB memory module and replace it with an 8 GB memory module.

 

This would be a compatible 8 GB memory module for your PC.
