HP 15-ra023ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, community, I’d like to know next - does HP 15 ra023ur support SODIMM DDR3 (1,5V), or only DDRL3 (1,35V). And does it support dual rank memory? Thank you!

This applies to your Pentium N3710 machine:

One non-customer-accessible/upgradable memory module slot

Supports up to 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 single channel support (5th generation Intel Core, Intel Pentium
N3710/N4200, Celeron N3060/N3350 processors) in the following conƭgurations
● 8192-MB total system memory (8192×1)

So it needs DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM 1.35 volt not 1.5 volt modules and it will run dual rank (low density) modules.
