I want to increase the RAM from 16GB to 32GB, or more. I need the product number of the RAM that came with this. How or where can I find this animal?

You have a 6th gen i7 processor and 16 gigs of DDR3 memory. The 7th gen laptops with DDR4 can take 32 gigs even though the official specs say 16 gigs is the maximum but DDR3 laptops really do max out at 16 gigs.

It uses DDR3L-1600 memory and this would be the HP Part number:

Memory module (DDR3L-1600): 8-GB 693374-001

16 gig DDR3L modules are made but very rare and very pricey:

Again, I am not saying this will work. 16 gigs is truly and actually the maximum memory you can have.

Hi. I wanna ask about HP 14ac182tu. Can I upgrade RAM up to 4 Gb? Because I got the laptop first hand with 2 Gb only. And is it max up to 8 Gb or can be more to 16 Gb? I really need a guidance for my laptop. I'm a college student with major of Electrical Engineering. My software application for engineering is CST Studio Suite, AutoCAD, ADS, ExpertGPS, Arduino, Cisco Packet Tracer, and Matlab.

Your machine should already have 4GB of RAM in one slot. Its specs

You can upgrade to 8GB by adding one more 4GB stick using the same specs of existing stick. Example

Oohh, so it's only one sloth for my laptop's RAM. Is there any upgrades that I can do for my laptop beside the RAM? By the way, thank you for the advice @banhien.
