Radeon hd 7670m bios unknown

I’ve installed all required drivers for laptop but 7670m vga is working incorrectly. There is no errors in windows devices and vga is visible. But in gpu-z it’s shown with bios unknown. The problem is in game it’s working inproperly (only 300 mhz and very little ram) integrated hd 4000 outperforms it by 2x. Before installing new windows i upgraded pentium b980 to i7 3630qm and flashed bios from stock to f.27 latest available for my motherboard. Everything is working correctly except vga. How can I solve this problem? Maybe I can flash vga or downgrade to stock motherboard bios?

Can it have something to do with the processor you installed?

According to chapter 1 of the service manual, the i7-3630QM is not a supported processor.

I think it’s not supported officially because tdp is higher, but chipset hm76 supports this cpu, it’s working good with turbo boost and all and it don’t have any problems working together, it seems like vga switching properly from intel to amd, I think the problem is within the vga itself.

Can it be that i7 in turbo boost mode eats up all electricity provided by mainboard and vga stays without a juice?

It could be.

If you look at the manual, all of the supported processors are 35W and you installed a 45W processor, so I still believe that the processor you installed is the root cause of your present dilemma.

New info, Ii noticed that when I start the game, first couple of seconds MSI Afterburner shows that vga is working on it's default clocking speed of 600mhz. After that it slows to 300mhz and I see FPS drop. What causing that problem? this is screenshot in which you can see in what speed it's currently running and below - default clockspeed

Unfortunately, I would have no idea.

If the graphics was working normally before you changed the processor, I would have to conclude that the processor is the cause of any issues you are experiencing.

No I'm sure that processor is not causing this problem. I reinstalled Windows 10 and driver for some reason recognises 7600m instead of 7670m vga. I see people in forums having same problem as me with providing screenshots like mine from gpu-z where bios is empty. Cannot find solution in google. The last hope for me is HP or AMD tech support.
