Hi I am new to the forum and have a question about memory upgrade. I have a ProBook 455 G4 that I am trying to upgrade from 4gb to 8 gb of ram. I bought a Corsair Memory DDR4-2400 and the laptop does not even boot to the bios. This was the recommended ram upgrade according to crucial and corsair. Please advise
