I have to see 4800 MT/S in task manager also I will change transcend with samsung bu i am sure i cant see 5600 MT/S. I cant find solution for this problem please help me.

Your system is operating in dual channel mode and it fetching twice as much memory at the same instant of time.  The effective rate is 2x4800 = 9600

It would be nice to be able to run at an effective rate of 11200 but I suspect that cannot happen

Here is a note that you will find on every Intel CPU specification.  I suspect it applies to AMD CPUs also.

Note the 'may be lower'

It is likely that even if you get HP blessed memory, with an HP label, it may run slower than 5600 since it is in dual channel mode.

Hi @emreakaydin

It would be good to know the model of the PC and the new memory modules.

Dual channel does not double the data transfer rate, which remains the same. What increases is the bit transfer between memory modules, which goes from 64 bits to 128 bits, but the speed remains the same.

This means that 128 bits are used to transfer data at the same frequency as the memory, but the memory frequency does not increase.

thank you your response, I added picture about my system and spec my cpu from intel and max ram from HP website. I bought just 3 days before this pc because of specification.

Hp Said spec for this pc : HP MWS ZFURY 16 G1i U9-285HX 32GB (1x32GB) nECC DDR5 5600 1 TB SSD 16 WUXGA RTX PRO 4000 16GB

ı tryed only with 1 pcs samsung 32gb 5600 and I saw 4800 mhz. why not 5600mhz.

Hi!

emreakaydin, this has to do with the way these DDR5 ZBooks work and the limitations of sodimms. Quickspecs PDF for this model mentions on page 8 that RAM will run at a much lower speed than the max speed of the sodimms installed. You can see further details about this matter in the following post: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Business-Notebooks/Is-full-Dual-Channel-possible-using-2x16-plus-2x32/....

Hi @emreakaydin

You have a desktop but you don't indicate its model. The first thing to do is to indicate the model to see if it supports XMP memory.

hi

sorry ı forgot

Actually, the maximum frequency would be 4000 MT/s. The problem that it may not reach that speed is because you are mixing memory types. I see in your previous images that you had a 4800 alongside a 5600. I think all the memory should be 5600 so that it can go to 4000 MT/S.

The manual does not indicate whether it also affects memory size, but here is an example of another business PC where the frequency changes depending on the memory size.

So it may be that using 32 GB memory lowers the frequency to 3200 MT/s.
