Hello,

Has the HP Envy 13-AD109NS 2017 version another slot for upgrading to 16gb of ram?

Hi,

 

The PC has onboard memory, integrated on the motherboard. This means the RAM chips are soldered to the motherboard and there are no slots. So the RAM in this model can not be replaced or upgraded.

Really bad, nobody say this to you, and then you get stuck with the memory, it is like a trap, i will be forced to sell my hp envy and buy from another brand.
