Hi @Hatox,
Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community! I came across your post and wanted to assist you. I understand you are looking to upgrade the Memory on your HP laptop and need assistance. I'll be really glad to help you.
I did go through the Maintenance and Service guide of your notebook and found these details, which should help you with this issue.
If your PC is shipped with One SODIMM slot - NON customer accessible / upgradeable (This means that it's not customer replaceable).
Two SODIMM memory module slots (select models only) - In this scenario, you can go ahead and upgrade the Memory. Below are the configurable parts which are tested and compatible for your PC.
For more details, please go through this link: Click here (Chapter 1. Product description - Memory - page number 3)
I hope this information helps. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help.
Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,
It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts,
mark my post as Accepted Solution.
