Looking to upgrade ram and storage. Board inside is the AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics. Factory installed 8gb memory and 256gb storage. Trying to find a manual for this laptop to see how many slots it has for everything as well as any feedback on max amounts of ram and any sort of limitations. The manual that comes up under its serial number is a bit off. Numbered items in a list don’t match the pictures.

Hi:
This is the only service manual available, and it is for the 15-ee0xxx model series.
There is conflicting information in the manual. Chapter 1 indicates the memory is soldered to the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
Chapter 5 has a procedure to remove and replace the memory.
But we as forum members know that information in chapter 1 is incorrect, and the memory can be removed and replaced.
We also know the notebook can support up to 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.
You can refer to this discussion...
The notebook cannot run a PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD at its maximum advertised speed because the slot is Gen 3.
