I downloaded Windows 10 again but it still doesnt work. Sometimes it glitches when I start my Laptop then i check the task manager and it can read the 8GB RAM and the my Laptop freeses so I have to shut it down when i Start it up again it can only read the 4GB RAM again.
I hope you can help me. 😞

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Have you checked the system information page? Tap on Windows key and type "system information" to check Total Memory
- How did you roll back to Windows 10 OS? Did you download OS from Microsoft site or from HP's site?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
