@JakirJs, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It sounds like you're facing a RAM-related issue, and you've done some solid troubleshooting already. Let me break down the situation and possible causes for you:

1. One RAM Stick May Be Faulty

Even good RAM can go bad over time. Here's what you can try:

  • Test each stick individually in the same slot.
  • Then test each stick in the other slot.

What to check:

  • If one stick works in both slots → it’s good.
  • If the other doesn’t work in either slot → that stick might be dead or unstable.

2. RAM Slot Might Be Faulty

Sometimes the RAM slot on the motherboard can become faulty due to dust, a short circuit, or wear:

If both sticks work individually, but not together, the second slot may be faulty.

Check with a flashlight—make sure there’s no dust, corrosion, or visible damage in the slot.

Let me know how it goes.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
