I am thinking of upgrading the RAM but I am not sure what is the max ram supported by the laptop. Is it okay if I add a 8gb stick along existing 4 gb one. And I also wanted to know if this device support SSD

According to the report, it can support up to 2 x 16 GB of memory.
It has a M.2 slot that supports NVMe SSD's.
