hp 250 g6

Good morning,

is it possibile to upgrade hp 250 g6 3vj19ea ram from 4gb to 8gb? How can I do this? I searched everywhere but I haven't found any detail about it.

Thanks!

Hi:

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it has an Intel Celeron N4000 processor.

HP PartSurfer

That means your notebook has one memory slot, and the max memory the slot can take is 1 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 memory.

This would be the 8 GB memory module you want if your notebook came with 4 GB of memory.

You remove the 4 GB chip and replace it with the 8 GB chip.

Below is the link to the service manual.

Unfortunately, it does not list your notebook's processor, but you can use it to help you take the notebook apart.

DDR3L memory was used for the older Celeron processors listed in the manual, so that part is not applicable.

But the one memory slot is.
