Ram upgrade hp pavillon 360x to 32gb

have the Pavillon 360x 12th gen, and it came with 8gm ram, does someone know if can upgrade to 32gb?

Some of these newer Pavilion x360 models have memory that is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded--especially the 13" models.

Please post the product number of your notebook so I can see what your options might be.

Run the Windows system information app and the product number will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.

Yes, unfortunately your notebook is one of those where the memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

The 14-ek0xxx model series came with motherboards with either 8 GB or 16 GB of onboard memory.
