my laptop already has 8g ram  Micron MTA8ATF1G64HZ-3G2J1 3200MHz DDR4 PC4-25600 SODIMM  from the factory, I bought another 8g ram Kingston 8 GB PC4- 3200AA 3200Mhz So-Dimm .

when i added  the new one (only) the laptop did not start, i changed the slot it did not start either. 
I added both of the ram it did not either, the capslock lamp keeps blinking when the new ram (kingstone) is added. 
when i keep the old ram the laptop work fine ! 
can you please advice what is the problem

The problem is that the Kinsgston memory is 1Rx16.

 

It cannot exceed 1Rx8 like the Micron chip.
