That RAM is DDR3 1600Mhz RAM

What you need is DDR3L 1600Mhz RAM. I would also not choose Kingston RAM as it has had some incompatibility issues with HP notebooks. Crucial, Samsung, Hynix.. are all good
Hope it helps,
David

Hi,
Your PC supports max 16GB of DDR3L 1600Mhz RAM (2x8GB)
The RAM you have placed is it DDR3L 1600Mhz RAM? not DDR3? DDR3L has lower voltage than DDR3 RAM.
What brand is the RAM you have placed in the PC?
Let me know,
David
