Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am needing to upgrade RAM in my brand new laptop for a work at home position.  I have talked to the support team about it but we were disconnected.  I am needing someone who know how to replace it.

The specs of your machine is

   https://www8.hp.com/us/en/laptops/product-details/product-specifications/34443624

It has   4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) Transfer rates up to 2400 MT/s. 1 x 4 GB  and supports 32GB max. You can upgrade to

  (a) 8GB: add same existing 4GB to slot 2 or using

                 https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct4g4sfs824a/ct18511472

  (b) 16GB: install 8GB each to both slots using

                https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k8g4sfs824a/ct18511443

  (c) 32GB: install 16GB each to both slots using

               https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k16g4sfd824a/ct18511398

You can also upgrade to 12GB, 20GB or 24GB but not highly recommended

Regards.
