Hello, I want to know whether my laptop's ram  can be upgraded or is it a onboard ram( ram which is fixed to mother board and can't be replaceable). The details of which is as follows: 

HP pavilion 15-p204tx. 

 

And I also want to know can I use DDR3 ram inplace of ddr3l ram?

yes you can! most pavillion can be upgraded

you can watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaOk5jY4Cjw for your laptop

and depending on you ram socket, ddr3l (low voltage 1,3v) can be placed on normal ddr3 (1,5v), but ddr3 cannot be placed on ddr3l socket because it doesnt have sufficient power
