Is it an HP Notebook - 15-bs004ne machine or something else ? Its specs

If yes, you can upgrade to 16GB max. Options:
(a) 8GB: add same existing RAM to slot 2 or using the following compatible RAM
https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct4g4sfs824a/ct11627346 (RAM will run at 2133MHz)
(b) 16GB: install 8GB each to both slots using the following compatible RAM
https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k8g4sfs824a/ct11627319 (RAM will ru at 2133MHz)
