I want upgrade into 16×16 ram for my laptop its is possible or not and where i can see suitable ram for my laptop

It has 8 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) now. Manual of the series says it supports 16GB (2 x 8GB) max. But Crucial which is a reliable upgrade source, says you can use
