HP ENVY 16 inch Laptop PC 16-h1000 (754F7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought my laptop 2 days ago from Amazon. I hear something moves inside when I shake my laptop, my laptop works fine and nothing is affecting its performance. I’m worried if this could be serious problem. Has anyone experienced this problem before?

Hi @Omar_77

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are getting a Rattling noise inside when you shake my Laptop.

A rattling sound inside your HP ENVY 16-inch Laptop could indicate

Loose Component

  • Sometimes, screws or small components can become loose during assembly or transit. While this may not affect performance immediately, it could lead to issues over time if the loose part damages other components.

I'm sending a private message to assist you with the next action.
