I am having the exact same problem as the OP and am infuriated by HP's complete lack of technical ability and skill to address this Bluetooth driver issue. How about HP provide a solution that ACTUALLY WORKS rather than jerking customers around with non-sense solutions. This is inexesuble on HP's part, and reveals that the company really doesn't know how to fix  this problem, and would rather lie and deceive its' customers with the assumption they will simly give up. This is the true HP. 

 

I am disguested by HP's lack of a solution and will never buy any HP products again for the rest of my life and will advise everyone I know to stay far away from HP. The company (HP) has demonstrated it's complete ignorance and reckless disregard for its' customers needs.
