The specs of your machine is

It has AMD Radeon™ 530 Graphics (2 GB DDR3 dedicated) and the iGPU from AMD Quad-Core A10-9620P APU. Your machine only has 6GB of RAM therefore the iGPU won't get much.
Where do you get information from ? The information may misleading. Dedicated VRAM for AMD Radeon™ 530 Graphics won't change.
