Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter this is my adapter i cant find bluetooth in setting or device manager infact it dont have other device too plz help me

RTL 8188EE is wireless only, and has no bluetooth.

You can't use hardware that is not installed. Yes, you can add a relatively inexpensive bluetooth USB dongle.
