Got time to look into HP Support Assistant today after almost 1.5 months.

 

I downloaded the HPSA, sp82049.exe, the one you recommended above. But that also didn't help, But there was a pop-up window that suggested to click "Help" and I I did that. That took me to HPSA, sp151723.exe, and I downloaded that and that has worked.

 

Lot of thanks for your time and suggestions you gave.
