Serial Number: [edit]Model: Pavillion x360 14 Dh Customer name: Aniketh Shenoy K I had bought a combo offer that included extended warranty with my laptop but my redeemtion was cancelled as the photo of the barcode was not clear then i was asked to check the redeemtion website and upload my documents, i then checked the reedeem website but there i didn't have the option to upload the documents so I mailed the team my documents but still I didn't get a reply and my redeemtion was cancelled now what should i do?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
