Hello! My device is HP Notebook - 15q-by010au. Currently its running on Dual core processor. I need to know whether I can upgrade to I3 orI5 or I7. Thank you

No. The processor is soldered to the motherboard. You would have to install a motherboard designed for the same series laptop, but with an AMD Ryzen. You can never use an Intel CPU on an AMD platform. The cost would be more than it makes sense to spend. That AMD E2-9000e processor is not very capable I am sorry to say. More like a cell phone CPU.
