Removing the back cover of the HP Probook 455R G6

I wanted to install an additional hard drive. Included with the laptop was a mounting kit. It only remained to open to deliver. But a problem arose in this place. After I unscrewed all the screws according to the instructions and removed them around the perimeter of the latch - the lid remained attached with something in the center.

Did anyone else have similar problems? Or was the cover removed without any problems?

Хотел установить дополнительный жесткий диск. В комплекте с ноутбуком шел комплект для крепления. Оставалось только лишь открыть поставить. Но на этом месте возникла проблема. После того как я открутил все винты согласно инструкции и отвел по периметру защелки — крышка осталась прикреплена чем-то по центру.

Были ли подобные проблемы у кого-то еще? Или крышка снималась без каких-либо проблем?

Have you removed all the screws shown there? You must separate the back cover from the top cover as stated in item 3:

Starting under the display, use a non-conductive, non-marking tool to pry the cover up (3), and then
remove the bottom cover from the computer (4).

Yes, I used this particular instruction. unscrewed all 7 screws. Gently separated the clips with a plastic tool (similar to separate the screen of a smartphone). And he also began to lift starting from the screen - but literally in the center something is holding her. Is there any kind of adhesive component or other holder?

Да, я пользовался именно этой инструкцией. открутил все 7 винтиков. Аккуратно отделил клипсы пластиковым инструментом (аналогичный для отделения экрана смартфона). И тоже начал поднимать начиная от экрана — но буквально по центру что-то держит ее. Нет ли там какого-то клеевого компонента или иной держатель?

No there is no adhesive. Check for any paper covers. Usually the Manual is pretty good about showing all the screws.

OK but the cover came off....the tech did not have to do anything not laid out in the Manual. This looked like a normal rear cover removal. It takes a bit of work not easy off. Once you have done it once much easier the second time.

Yes, of course, as a result, the lid was fixed as stated in the instructions. But it seems that it was worth indicating as a comment that for the first time it can be removed with effort.

Да, безусловно в итоге крышка оказалась закреплена как и сказано в инструкции. Но думается что стоило указать в качестве комментария что первый раз оно может сниматься с усилием.
