Good morning all,

I have an HP Pavilion g7 Notebook PC C0W08EA#ABF without Bluetooth and would like to know if it is possible to change the wifi card to a wifi-Bluetooth card.

Hi:

You should be able to install this model wifi card and have dual band wireless N plus Bluetooth...

Broadcom BCM943228HMB 802.11abgn 2×2 Wi-Fi Adapter, Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter   HP part # 730668-001.

You should be able to find this card in used but tested and working condition on eBay.

Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card...

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=730668-001&_sacat=0&_sop=15

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.

You're very welcome.

Please post back and let us know how your wifi card upgrade project went.

Here are the links to the latest W10 wifi and bluetooth drivers HP has for the Broadcom wifi adapter.

Wifi:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78044.exe

Bluetooth:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp75001-75500/sp75330.exe

After you are connected to the internet, Windows will update the Broadcom wifi driver to a slightly newer version.
