Replace broken right and left hinges

Hi, 

I'm looking to buy part# 862956-001 to replace my broken hinges; however, I'm not sure if this part# includes the caps or not since both parts are glued together.

The manual shows a different part # for the caps but does not explain clearly if 862956-001 includes the caps or not, and the hp parts site doesn't show pictures of the product which makes it even more difficult to determine. 

Also, when I look for this part on 3rd party sites, they usually show both left and right hinges attached to the  hinge caps.

Could you please help me verify if part# 862956-001 includes the hinge caps, and if not, how to attach both parts together?
